Pretreatment module

PP filter is mainly used to filter large particles such as sediment in raw water, with filtration accuracy of 5 microns and 1 micron. Service life of the pretreatment module is generally about 6 months. If raw water is full of sediment and impurities, the life of the pretreatment module will be shorter. If the raw water quality is good, the life of the pretreatment module will be longer.
Reverse osmosis membrane
Reverse osmosis membrane is a very important part in ultrapure water system. Its aperture is very small, so in the process of use often bacteria and other microscopic materials deposited on the surface. If water consumption is within 10 liters, it can be rinsed 3-5 times. If the water consumption is more than 10 liters, it can be rinsed several times. The life of reverse osmosis membrane is 2-3 years, which is mainly determined by the water consumption. Purification column module
The purification column module adopts the principle of ion exchange, and its function is to conduct deep desalination of pure reverse osmosis water to reach the quality of first grade water or ultrapure water.
Service life of the purification column of the laboratory ultrapure water system is represented by the online resistivity value of ultrapure water. Lower than a specific resistance means the purification column expired.
