Central Pure Water System for Clinical Laboratory

The system adopts integrated design to prepare high quality pure water (conductivity ≤ 5us/cm (25 ℃) and ultrapure water (resistivity 18.25MΩ/cm (25 ℃)). Raw water of the system is municipal tap water. It’s specially designed for clinical laboratory and pathology department which with multiple water use points. Water can be transported from the main engine to each water use point via circulating pipe network. It is the best solution of central supply of pure water and ultrapure water in clinical laboratory.

  • Functions:

◇ Automatic run, boot self-check, protection for raw water underpressure, automatic shutdown for hyperpressure or full water in tank, real-time monitoring of water quality and display on LCD screen.

◇The system is configured with Cortex-A8 processor, seven inch man-machine interface and microcomputer control, real-time animation simulation display for the whole process. System has function of parameter modification, data storage and printing.

◇ User login account and password can be added and modified to prevent unauthorized operation and data change.

◇ Cumulative time and current time of system running is displayed. The system has function of timing starting up and shut down. User can set time of starting up and shut down freely.

◇System fault alarm and consumables replacement alarm can be real-time displayed on window.

◇ Automatic flushing and internal circulation function of the system can prolong the service life of RO membrane.

◇The imported and domestic top brand accessories are used in the system to ensure stable running of system and guarantee water quality.

◇More functions can be upgraded in the system such as remote monitoring function can realize remote operation, animation simulation real-time monitoring, data display and storage, parameter modification, voice control alarm, data printing and so on.

◇The remote full-automatic display, operation and control can be realized by adopting the technologies of PLC, liquid crystal touch screen, DCS and camera monitoring. Computer can record operation parameters of the system and print report.
