Process description
1. Pretreatment:
Pretreatment is mainly to remove organic matter, suspended matter and colloid in water, so as to reduce the fouling, algae and microbial pollution caused by RO and damage to the membrane caused by oxidants, so as to make RO membrane reach or approach the designed service life. The pretreatment system includes: original water tank, original water pump, multi-media filter, activated carbon filter and security filter.
2. Quartz sand filter:
Quartz sand filter is the use of one or several filtering media, under a certain pressure, the original liquid through the contact of the medium flocculation, adsorption, interception, remove impurities, so as to achieve the purpose of filtering. The packing inside is generally quartz sand, anthracite coal, granular porous ceramics, manganese sand, etc., users can choose to use according to the actual situation. Being washed away consumes less water
3. Activated carbon filter:
The activated carbon in the activated carbon filter is used for adsorption of organic matter, oxidant and harmful substances in raw water to reduce the content of COD. The activated carbon particles that make up the carbon bed have a lot of micro pores and a huge specific surface area, which have a strong physical adsorption capacity. Water through the charcoal bed, the organic pollutants in the water are effectively adsorbed by activated carbon.
4. Security filter:
In this system, the precision filter is the last guarantee to remove suspended matter, such as suspended matter concentration is too high, easy to block the reverse osmosis membrane, due to the thickness of the reverse osmosis membrane is about 10 microns, such as suspended matter particle size is too large, when suspended matter at high speed through the membrane surface, it is very easy to cut the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane desalination epidermis. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that no large suspended particles enter the reverse osmosis membrane.
5. Reverse osmosis device
Reverse osmosis devices use sufficient pressure to separate the solvent (usually water) from the solution through the reverse osmosis membrane (or semi-permeable membrane). This process is called reverse osmosis because it is opposite to the direction of natural osmosis. Through reverse osmosis treatment, the content of impurities in water was reduced, the purity of water quality was improved, and the desalination rate could reach 99.6% or more, and the bacteria, colloid and large molecular weight organic matter in water could be removed.
