Q-Tech is a type of ultrapure water purification machine, which is specially designed for laboratory with middle consumption of water (40-60L/H). It uses municipal tap water as raw water, and with optional two types of configurations, single-stage reverse osmosis and two-stage reverse osmosis.
Perfect craftsmanship and performance, full touch screen, intelligent operation, imported filters and components guarantee stable supply of high quality ultrapure water.
Quality of ultrapure water prepared by this machine conforms to ASTM Type I, CLSI and GB-T6682-2008 standards.

2. Monitoring of water quality, including:
• quality, pressure and temperature of raw water;
• quality and volume of pure water;
• quality, TOC value, quantitative water withdrawal volume, cumulative water withdrawal volume of ultrapure water;
• Data traceability with storage for five years.
3. Broadcast by simulating human voice. User can easily know status of the system.
4. Machine is configured with imported high quality RO membrane, ion exchange resin, nuclear grade resin, silent high-pressure pumps, solenoid valves, fittings, UV lamp, ultimate filter. Quality of machine and water is stable and durable.
5. Modular structured consumables are easily changed. Pre-treatment module and purification module are one-time hot melt molded, no precipitation of impurity because no adhesives.
6. Water tank is made of sanitary non-transparent plastic material. Bacteria in water tank can be strictly controlled by three-staged water level switch, UV lamp and air filter.
7. Working safety can be guaranteed by separation designing for water and electricity, using components with light current and low voltage, alarm for unqualified water, alarm for failed UV lamp, high and low pressure protection, high and low water level protection, electrical overload protection, leakage protection.
