Water Intake
1. The initial water must be discharged before taking ultrapure water, in order to obtain a stable quality of ultrapure water.
2. When taking ultrapure water, let water flow along the side wall of the container, try not to let bubbles appear, which can reduce air pollution.
3. Do not place the water storage tank in direct sunlight, because rising water temperature is likely to cause microbial reproduction. Especially translucent water storage tank, also can cause algal growth because of sunlight permeability.
Precautions for not using ultrapure water equipment for a long time
1. Different impurities in raw water can be removed by each step of ultrapure water system. If the pretreatment module of the system is not be used for a long time, bacteria and microbial will grow on the surface of filter. Once the system running, these pollutants will be brought into other filters in the system. Although the reverse osmosis membrane can remove more than ninety percent of the matter, there will be a small amount of impurities will enter the next step.
2. If the ion exchange resin is not be used for a long time, it will also be microbial contamination. Once taking ultrapure water, impurities will flow out. Ultrapure water could not reach the requirements of analysis, affect the experimental data, and will bring some troubles to the user.
