This is precisely one of our core strengths. The system adopts an integrated design, occupying minimal space. Dimension of Q-FS/LAB-J is 900 * 650 * 1450mm, occupying 1.6 square meters. Dimension of Q-FS/LAB-IN is 1700 * 880 * 1850mm, covering an area of 1.9 square meters. It can be flexibly placed in indoor corner or equipment room, making it particularly suitable for laboratories with limited space.

The system is based on functional units such as pretreatment, oxidation disinfection, multi-media filtration, RO reverse osmosis, UV disinfection, EDI continuous deionization, water storage and distribution. We first conduct a URS requirement analysis to understand your water standards (purified water/injection water), water production, raw water quality, etc., and then tailor the optimal combination solution for you. For example, conventional formulations can use RO+EDI for water, while biopharmaceuticals with extremely high water quality requirements can use multi-stage RO+EDI+UV+purification processes to ensure the optimal balance between performance and cost.
