Shanshan New Materials is a professional manufacturer of lithium-ion battery materials with rapid development and high-quality production and sales scale in China. Its products are widely used in fields such as new energy vehicles and consumer electronics. With the rapid development of the global new energy industry and the rapid expansion of the company's production capacity, higher requirements have been put forward for the production of ultra pure water systems:
1. High water quality requirements: The production of lithium battery materials is more sensitive to impurities such as metal ions, particulate matter, and TOC in water, and fluctuations in water quality directly affect the electrochemical performance and batch consistency of the product.
2. System stability requirements: As a continuous production enterprise, it is required that the system operate continuously 24 hours a day to avoid production line shutdowns caused by equipment failures.
3. Large scale water supply demand: The expansion of production capacity brings about a surge in water consumption, requiring a system with high flow and continuous water production capacity.
4. Automation and intelligence requirements: reduce manual intervention, achieve unmanned operation, and lower labor costs.
