Taking Q-Center-RED as an example, the design integrates all preprocessing, purification units, and control systems, maximizing your valuable space savings.

The system adopts fully automatic control, PLC combined with touch screen human-machine interface, dynamic display of process flow, one click start stop, without manual intervention. Daily operation only requires observing the operating parameters on the screen, making the operation extremely convenient. All key parameters have permission protection to prevent misoperation. We will also provide training to ensure that your team can proficiently use it.

The system is based on functional units such as pretreatment, oxidation disinfection, multi-media filtration, RO reverse osmosis, UV disinfection, EDI continuous deionization, water storage and distribution. We first conduct a URS requirement analysis to understand your water standards (purified water/injection water), water production, raw water quality, etc., and then tailor the optimal combination solution for you. For example, conventional formulations can use RO+EDI for water, while biopharmaceuticals with extremely high water quality requirements can use multi-stage RO+EDI+UV+purification processes to ensure the optimal balance between performance and cost.
